The July/August 2016 edition of Analog is now available; this issue includes my story “The Battle of Ceres,” which is my second sale to Analog.

Despite the title, this piece isn’t military science fiction in the usual sense. Beyond that, I can’t think of much to say about it here, other than that I happen to believe it’s a darn good story.

On another note, I think “humorous” covers for SF magazines are pretty much always a bad idea.
